Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions of use for "AI Lab" (Photo Critique AI, Camera AI, Shooting AI, and PC AI — collectively, the "Service"), a set of free AI tools provided by Ichiro Murata ("we" / "us"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a set of AI chat tools you can use for free by signing in with a Google account. Photo Critique AI, Camera AI, Shooting AI, and PC AI share a common usage allowance (a weekly or monthly ticket system).

• Responses are generated using Anthropic's Claude API
• The free usage allowance, ticket count, and offer period (currently a free campaign expected to run through the end of August 2026) may be changed or ended at our discretion without prior notice
• The Service is under ongoing development and improvement, and its features and responses may continue to change

3. Disclaimer regarding AI-generated responses

Responses from the Service are generated automatically by AI, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or currency.

• For camera operation, settings changes, and handling of equipment or software, please always verify independently and act at your own risk
• In particular, for operations that may be irreversible — such as deleting, resetting, or overwriting files — always confirm the risk yourself before proceeding, regardless of what a response says
• Photo evaluations and critiques are a mechanical reproduction of one of our perspectives, and do not represent an absolute standard of evaluation
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service's responses (including, but not limited to, data loss, equipment malfunction, or loss of time)

4. Use of external services

The Service uses the following external services. When you use the Service, your input and any attached images are sent to these services.

• Google (Firebase Authentication): sign-in authentication
• Anthropic (Claude API): analysis of your questions and attached images, and response generation

Content you send is processed under the respective privacy policies and terms of service of these external services. We do not use content you send for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.

5. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, the following conduct is prohibited.

• Any act that violates the law or public order and morals
• Uploading images or information that infringes a third party's copyright, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights
• Attempting to extract or analyze the Service's system prompts, or otherwise attempting to obtain internal system information through improper means
• Excessive access or bulk requests via automated tools that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Using the Service without authorization to build or provide another commercial service

6. Intellectual property

Rights to images and other content you upload remain with you. We do not claim any rights over the text of responses generated by the Service, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of that content.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is," without any warranty, express or implied, as to its fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or continued availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. We are also not liable if the Service becomes unavailable due to a communication failure or an outage of an external service (such as Google or Anthropic).

8. Changes to or discontinuation of the Service

We may change the content of, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice to users. We are not liable for any damages this causes you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect once posted on this page, and if you continue to use the Service after an amendment, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute between us and a user relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business as the court of first instance.
